桃江县“两型”农村建设的实证研究——基于桃花江镇株木潭村的调查

Empirical Study on Construction of Two-oriented County in Taojiang County——Based on Investigation of Zhumutan Village in Taohuajiang Town

我国"两型"社会建设正由城市向农村推进。选取具有典型性的湖南益阳桃江县株木潭村为研究对象,通过实地调研,分析了桃江县"两型"农村建设的现实状况:"两型"农村建设尚处在初级阶段,建设"两型"农村的空间巨大,该村实现了"物质财富"与"精神财富"耦合增长,建设"两型"农村的物质基础雄厚,农民从"两型"农村建设中受惠,建设"两型"农村的群众基础深厚;并对加快"两型"农村建设提出了进一步强化节约资源、保护环境的"两型"农村核心理念,着力加强农村"两型"文化建设,充分发挥农民作为"两型"农村建设的主体作用等对策建议。

The construction of two-oriented society in China is developing from cities to countries.The Zhumutan Village in Taojiang County,Yiyang City,Hunan Province where has representativeness had been taken as object to analyze the status quo of constructing two-oriented country by field investigation.The results indicated that construction of two oriented country is at primary stage,and the space for constructing two-oriented country is huge.The Zhumutan Village had achieved the goal of coupling increase of material wealth and spiritual wealth,so it has solid material base for constructing two-oriented country;farmers had benefited from constructing two-oriented country,so it has strong mass foundation.In the end,the suggestions for accelerating construction of two-oriented country were put forward,including further consolidating the core concept of two-oriented country(saving resources and protecting environment),strengthening culture construction for two-oriented country,giving full play to farmers as subjective role in construction of two-oriented country.
