摘要
选育出优质的胞质不育系是棉花杂种优势利用的重要途径,从20世纪70年代开始,湖南棉花科学研究所以吉扎海岛棉与洞庭一号杂交,从中筛选出不育系株,进行回交、杂交转育,通过40 a的研究,选育出"湘远A"胞质不育系,同时加大了对保持系和恢复系的改造,并初步实现了三系配套。从2005年起,通过大量的组合测配,筛选出强优势组合"湘Z7"。
To breeding quality cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) lines is an important way to utilize the heterosis of cotton.Since 70's of the last century, Hunan Cotton Research Institute began to study in CMS, which using the Giza sea island cotton and Dongting No.1 to conduct hybridization, and then selected the CMS line to conduct backcross or hybrid breeding. After 40-year-study, a CMS line 'Xiangyuan A' was bred, while the maintainer line and the restorer line were modified emphasizely, and achieved the goal of three-line combination preliminarily. Since 2005, through testing a large number of combinations, the high heterosis combination 'Xiang Z7' was obtained.
