摘要
研究利用日本萝卜胞质不育型白菜品种"绿半白菜"杂交小球型白菜品种春月黄,经6代回交育成BC6代萝卜胞质雄性不育回交自交系CM11071;春月黄经7代自交育成CM11071的保持系CM11072;小球型白菜品种高山娃娃菜2号经8代自交育成F8代自交亲合系CM11073,经CM11071×CM11073,获得新组合CM11074。该组合经品种比较试验、省区试和生产示范,平均产量5 520 kg/667m2,比对照增产10.8%,2012年通过新品种登记。
Using Japanese CMS cabbage variety 'Lyuban cabbage' to hybridize Brassica rapa Pekinensis variety 'Chunyuehuang', and backcross and self-cross CMS line CM11071 was obtained through six generations of backcross;through seven generations of self-crossing Chunyuehuang, the maintainer line CM11072 of CM11071 was obtained;through eight generations of self-crossing Brassica rapa Pekinensis variety Gaoshanwawacai No.2, the self-cross compatibility line CM11073 was obtained; then crossed CM11071 with CM11073, the new combination CM11074 was obtained. Through variety comparative experiment, provincial regional test and production demonstration, the new combination past the new variety registration in 2012, and its average yield reached 82 800 kg/hm2, which increased by 10.8% in comparison with control.
