烟蚜茧峰三级式规模化扩繁技术在昆明市烟区的应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了以标准化繁育基地、县(市、区)烟草分公司和乡、镇级烟叶站为主体的烟蚜茧峰三级式规模化扩繁的关键技术,总结了该技术在昆明市烟区的应用情况。2010~2012年,昆明市该技术推广应用面积共7.97万hm2,实现了全市植烟区的100%覆盖;烟蚜茧峰和蚜情指数的相对防效分别为67.71%和71.91%;与化学药剂防治相比共节约防治成本358.5万元。结果表明:该技术针对性强,组织有力,为烟蚜生物防治技术的快速推广应用提供了参考模式。 The key techniques of three-level expanding propagation system of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead were introduced, in which the main body of the first level is the standard breeding base, the main body of the second level is the county(city, region) branch tobacco company, and the main body of the third level is town level tobacco station.Moreover, the applying situations of the techniques in Kunming municipal tobacco planting area were summarized. 2010~2012, total applying area of three-level expanding propagation technology of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead was 79 700 hm2 in Kunming city, which realized the target of 100% covering for all of the tobacco planting areas; the relative control efficiency of M y z us persicae Sulzer amount and aphid degree was 67.71% and 71.91%, respectively; in comparison with chemical agent control treatment, using Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead total saved costs for 3 585 000 Yuan. The applying results indicated that the technology has strong pertinence and great organization, thereby providing reference model for quick promotion and application of biological control technology of M y z us persicae Sulzer.
