几种特色甘薯叶片光合作用特征的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高甘薯光合利用率、完善特色甘薯高产栽培技术,试验研究了几种特色甘薯光合速率的日变化规律、光照强度和CO2浓度变化对不同类型甘薯叶片光合作用的影响。结果显示:几种特色甘薯光合作用日变化均呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在10∶00~12∶00;叶片的光合作用饱和点为630~810μmol/m2·s,光合作用补偿点为44~68μmol/m2·s;叶片的CO2饱和点为450~550μmol/m2·s,CO2补偿点为50~70μmol/m2·s;不同类型甘薯叶片的最大净光合速率、光补偿点、光饱和点、CO2补偿点、CO2饱和点之间均存在极显著差异。 In order to enhance photosynthesis utilization of sweet potato and to perfect high-yield culture techniques of distinctive sweet potato, the influences of daily variation rules of photosynthetic rate and changes in illustration intensity and CO2 concentration of several distinctive sweet potatoes on leaf photosynthesis of different varieties of sweet potato. The results showed that the daily variation of photosynthesis of several sweet potatoes all showed single peak curve, and the peak value appeared from 10:00 to 12:00;the saturation point and the compensation point of leaf photosynthesis were 630~810μmol/m2·s and 44~68μmol/m2·s, respectively;the saturation point and the compensation point of leaf CO2 were 450~550 μmol/m2·s and 50~70 μmol/m2·s, respectively; there were extremely significant differences in the maximum net photosynthesis rate, light compensation point, light saturation point, CO2 compensation point and CO2 saturation point among different varieties of sweet potato leaf.
