28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂在黄瓜及土壤中的残留消解动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂在黄瓜及土壤中的残留及降解情况,采用气相色谱-微电子捕获检测器测定黄瓜和土壤中的百菌清及唑菌酯残留量,通过田间试验对黄瓜和土壤中的百菌清及唑菌酯残留消解动态进行了研究。试验结果表明:百菌清及唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中消解较快,百菌清及唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中消解符合一级动力学方程,百菌清在黄瓜和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.0~3.6 d和2.2~4.9 d,唑菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.1~3.5 d和3.1~35.0 d,这说明28%百菌清·唑菌酯悬浮剂属于易降解农药。 In order to study the degradation dynamics of chlorothalonil and pyraoxystrobin 28%SC in cucumber and soil, the study employed GC-μECD to determine the amount of residual chlorothalonil and pyraoxystrobin in cucumber and soil. A field experiment was conducted to research the residual degradation dynamics of chlorothalonil and pyraoxystrobin in cucumber and soil. The results showed that chlorothalonil and pyraoxystrobin degraded rapidly in cucumber and soil and their decline rules followed the first-order kinetic equation; the half-lives of chlorothalonilin in cucumber and soil were 1.0~3.6 and 2.2~4.9 days respectively, and those of pyraoxystrobinin in cucumber and soil were 2.1~3.5 and 3.1~35.0 days respectively. The results indicate that chlorothalonil and pyraoxystrobin 28% SC belongs to easy-degrading agricultural chemicals.
