摘要
通过对10县1 000户农户农业家庭经营收益情况的调查分析,探寻农业家庭经营存在的问题,提出了推进以家庭农场为主的规模化经营,大力发展专业合作组织,提高农业科技含量,推进土地流转进程,加强农业基础设施建设,加大对农业经营的政策补贴支持,完善农村金融和保险制度等对策建议。
To find out the problems existed in management of peasant household, 1 000 peasant households were selected from 10 counties to investigate and analyze their management benefit. Then, the corresponding suggestions were put forward, such as promoting scale management based on family farm; vigorously developing specialized cooperative organization;enhancing content of agricultural technology;promoting land circulation process;strengthening construction of agricultural infrastructure; increasing policy subsidy and support for agricultural management; perfecting rural finance and insurance system.
