摘要
以小麦淀粉为原料,过硼酸钠为催化剂,过氧化尿素为氧化剂,聚丙烯酰胺为改性剂,钠基/钙基复合膨润土为催干剂和填充剂,采用常温氧化法制得一种新型的改性淀粉纸包装粘合剂.研究表明,较佳原料配比为:小麦淀粉100g,过氧化尿素6~8g,过硼酸钠0.5~1.0g,聚丙烯酰胺4.5~5.5g,钠基/钙基复合膨润土0.8~1.6g.本法工艺简单,操作方便,投资少,能耗低,无腐蚀,无三废.产品具有流动性好、干燥快、粘度强、无毒、无腐蚀等优点,可作为普通淀粉胶粘剂和氧化淀粉粘合剂的升级换代产品,广泛应用于纸箱、纸盒、纸桶、纸袋、烟花等纸包装.
By using the wheat starch as the raw material,sodium per borate as the catalyst,the per oxidation urea as the oxidant,the polyacrylamide as the modifier,calcium base/sodium-base compound bentonite for the drier and auxiliaries,we have made one new oxidative modification starch paper packing bond with the normal temperature oxidation style.The research shows that the comparatively good molar ratio of raw materials is wheat starch 100g,per oxidation urea 6~8g,sodium per borate 0.5~1.0g,polyacrylamide 4.5~5.5g,sodium-base/calcium base compound bentonite 0.8~1.6g.This method craft is simple,convenient operative,less investment,low energy consumption,no corrosion,no three wastes.Product has good liquidity,quick drying,strong viscosity,non-toxic,non-corrosive substances,etc,and it can be used as ordinary starch adhesive and oxidized starch adhesive,which can upgrade the quality of products,and be widely used in the cartons,paper bags,paper boxes,paper barrel,fireworks and other paper packaging.
