呼吸道合胞病毒G和F蛋白诱导细胞因子免疫反应的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 呼吸道合胞病毒是引起儿童急性肺炎、支气管炎、哮喘等疾病的主要病原体。目前国内外仍没有安全有效的预防性疫苗。呼吸道合胞病毒感染引起相关细胞因子异常表达可能是导致呼吸道病理性损伤的主要原因,G黏附蛋白和F糖蛋白是疫苗研究的常用抗原,在诱导细胞因子分泌、调节宿主免疫应答、促使病毒逃逸免疫系统等免疫机理方面有重要作用。本文对RSV G和F蛋白诱导产生细胞因子及相关免疫应答调节机理研究进展做一简要综述。 Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) is the main cause of acute pneumonia,bronchits,asthma and other diseases in children.There is no safe,effective and preventive vaccine so far.RSV infection will result in abnormal cytokines expression,which may be the main reason for the pathological damage of respiratory tract.The RSV attachment protein(G) and fusion glycoprotein(F) play an important role in the induction of cytokine production,the modulation of the host immune response,and the promotion of viral to evading the immune system.This paper summarized resent research on induction of cytokines by RSV G and F proteins and the mechanism of related immune response regulation.
