无功电压自动控制发展与研究

摘要 随着SCADA系统日渐完善、成熟,遥信、遥测数据准确性的不断提高,遥控的更加可靠,以及状态估计模块对电网量测在线监视的实现,使得基于SCADA系统的在线无功电压自动控制系统(Automated Voltage Control--AVC)得以有效实现。AVC系统通过监视网络的负荷变化,在保证母线电压合格的条件下进行无功电压优化计算,并结合调度员的专家经验给出的完备控制策略,通过改变电网中可控无功电源的出力,无功补偿设备的投切,变压器分接头的调整来满足安全经济运行条件,提高电压质量,降低网络损耗。系统优化的目标为:母线电压合格、优化网损。可计算出,在当前电网运行状态和负荷水平下,满足安全运行条件且使网损最小时,全网各有载调压变压器分接头的位置以及各并联补偿电容器的投切状态。 With the SCADA system increasingly perfect,mature,teleindication,telemetering data accuracy continues to improve,remote control more reliable,and state estimation module testing on-line monitoring of grid capacity,make the automatic control system of wattless voltage based on the online SCADA system(Automated Voltage Control--AVC)can be effectively implemented.The AVC system through the change of load monitoring network,in which the voltage under voltage optimization calculation without power,and with complete control strategy of expert experience gives the dispatcher,the output to change the grid controlled wattless power compensation equipment,no switching,transformer tap adjustment to meet the operating conditions safety and economy,improve voltage quality,reduce network losses.Optimization of the target system:voltage,optimize network loss.Can be calculated,in the current grid operation state and load level,to meet the conditions of safe operation and the loss of the hour,the on-load transformer tap positions and the parallel compensation capacitor switching state.
