摘要
利用超声波的振动作用和空化作用可以有效改善油层的原理,针对延长油田低孔低渗,油井结蜡严重的特点,基于四端网络传输矩阵法设计了一种空化声磁耦合防蜡器。进行了变幅杆应力校核,计算出了换能器支撑面的最佳位置,并且对声场进行分析和计算,达到理论最佳效果。通过有限元原理分析和现场应用,发现可有效降低原油粘度,具有防蜡作用,起到了增注增产的工艺目的。
The use of the vibration and cavitation of ultrasonic can effectively improve reservoir,the low porosity and permeability in YanChang oilfield,wells wax serious.based on the four-terminal network transmission matrix method,a magnetic coupling acoustic cavitation anti Wax is designed.Conduct a horn stress check,calculate the best location of surface of the transducer support,analysis and calculate the sound field in order to meet the theoretical optimal results.By the finite element analysis and field applications,ultrasonic is found to effectively reduce the viscosity of crude oil,the new Anti-Wax is found to be effective in cleaning up pollution and congestion near wellbore,contributing to the oil production.
