浅析水平井打捞技术

A Brief Analysis of the Fishing Technique of Horizontal Well

水平井由于其特殊的井身结构,管柱受到的"钟摆力"和弯曲应力很大,造成打捞困难。由现场经验和理论分析设计出水平井打捞工艺参数,包括打捞工具及钻具的选择、扶正器的选用及间距等。井斜角越大,下扶正器的安放位置距接头下圆的距离越短,成反比;挠度越大,下扶正器的安放位置距接头下圆的距离越长,成正比。在水平段扶正器扶正间距最小,向上逐渐增大。最后结合实例分析了斜井、水平井的打捞作业的注意事项,以期对矿场施工具有一定的指导意义。

For its special casing program of horizontal well,pipe string has high'pendulum force'and bending stress,causing difficulties in fishing.Parameters of horizontal fishing technique are designed through field experience and theoretical analysis,including the selection of fishing tools,drilling tools and centralizer,and the centralizer spacing design.The distance from centralizer placement to the bottom of joint is inversely proportional to deviation angle and is proportional to deflection.The space between each two centralizers is minimum in horizontal section,and is increasing upward.At the end the precautions of fishing process of deviated well and horizontal well are analyzed combining with examples,expecting to help field performance.
