小集油田复式油藏开发后期精细开发模式

摘要 小集油田是大港地区多层非均值复式油藏,于1981年投入开发。经过近30年的勘探开发,受主力开发区块套损停产井多、非主力区块低渗低压难以有效动用、地面系统腐蚀老化严重等多种因素影响,油田递减大。2008~2011年通过精细油藏描述、精细注水治理、精细立体评价、精细工艺配套,将油田采油速度提高到1%,预测水驱采收率提高4.89%,并建立了复式油藏开发后期改善开发效果的精细开发模式。 Xiaoji oilfield is a multi-layer and heterogeneity complex reservoirs of Dagang region which has been developed since 1981.With the exploration and development for nearly 30years,because of a number of casing-damaged and discontinued wells in the major development areas,and ineffective development in the non-major areas which are of lower-permeability and lower-pressure,and a corroded and aged ground pipeline systems,the productivity decreases rapidly.From 2008to 2011,Through fine reservoir description,fine water flooding,fine three-dimensional reserve evaluation and fine technology matching,The oil recovery rate increased to 1% and the water-flooding recovery rate increased by 4.89%.The fine development model is established in improving the effectiveness of complex reservoirs in the late stage of development.
