防倒块焊接工艺的改进

The improvement of the technology of the block welding

潜油电泵是油田生产中一种重要的机采方式。机组是由离心泵、分离器、电机保护器以及潜油电机多节组成。在机组每节组成部分中,壳体与两端的头、座螺纹连接处外部焊有防倒块,起到防止倒扣的作用。本文对中原油田防倒块焊接工艺出现的问题进行了阐述,并针对问题逐一进行分析和改进,以达到防倒块焊接牢固、防止机组落井事故的发生。

Electric submersible pump(ESP)is a kind of mechanical oil production.The ESP set is composed of pump,gas separator,seal section and submersible motor.Some parts are composed of several sections.In each section,casing is connected with the head and the base.The anti back block is welded on them to prevent that the threaded connection is loosen.It is described that what problems were appeared about block welding in the Zhongyuan Oil Field in this article.These problems are all analyzed and improved to prevent the loosen of the threaded connection,and to extend the lifting life.
