摘要
某铝业发电有限公司2330MW燃煤机组于2010年投产,电除尘器为双室四电场高压静电除尘器,配套的气力输灰系统为镇江纽普兰正压浓相气力输灰系统。因投运后燃煤煤质有所变化,部分原煤灰份偏离设计煤质和校核煤质的灰渣工况水平,导致灰渣量明显增多,除灰设备系统出力不足,输送困难,严重影响了安全生产。为保证两台机组的安全运行,降低工人的劳动强度,改善现场环境,需要对正压浓相气力除灰系统进行增容改造。
A Aluminum Power generation company with 2330MW coal-fired units was put into operation in 2010,the ESP dual-chamber conduct with four electric field of high-voltage electrostatic precipitators,and the pneumatic ash conveying system is supported by the Zhenjiang NiupuLan Dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system.Because the fuel put into operation deviate from the level of design coal and checking coal ash conditions,ash significantly increased the amount of insufficient output of ash handling equipment systems and transportation difficulties,which are serious affecting the safety production.In order to ensure the safe operation of the two units,reduce labor intensity and improve the environment of the scene,it need the Rehabilitation of the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash handling system.
