摘要
渤海稠油油田在进入开发中后期,逐步暴露出注采矛盾突出、层间和平面上储量动用差异大、单井控制储量过高、采油速度和采收率较低、综合含水上升快,产量递减快等问题,针对中国海油稠油开发面临的挑战,首次提出海上油田大规模综合调整研究,由于海上油田特殊的开发方式,陆地油田综合调整工作中成熟的研究思路和技术路线无法复制到海上油田,海上油田整体加密调整技术研究面临诸多技术难点。因此,本次研究结合老油田的特点,针对老油田开发中存在的问题,通过渤海油田应用丛式井网再加密钻井防碰技术、强封堵性钻井液体系、高温韧性固井防窜漏水泥浆体系、弱凝胶封堵性完井液等技术方案,解决了老油田丛式井再加密过程中存在的一系列钻完井难题,整体加密调整实施效果良好,采收率大大提高,为今后类似老油田开发提供了技术保障。
Bohai heavy oilfield in production into the later development stage,and gradually revealed the obvious contradiction between the injection and production,the interlayer the peaceful surface reserves difference is large,single well controlled reserves are too high,lower oil production rate and recovery factor,comprehensive water rose fast,the decreasing fast the challenges facing China Sea oil heavy oil development,first proposed the study of large-scale integrated offshore oilfield adjust due to the special development of the offshore fields,onshore oilfield adjustments mature research ideas and technical route can not be copiedto offshore oil field,the the offshore oilfield overall encryption adjustment technology research faces many technical difficulties.Therefore,this study combines the characteristics of old fields, old oilfield development by the Bohai oilfield application cluster wells network infill drilling anti-collision technology,strong sealing drilling fluid system,high-temperature toughness cementing anti-channeling leaking mud system,weak gel seal completion fluid technology solutions to solve a series of drilling and completion problems exist in the old oilfields cluster wells re-encryption process,the good effect of the implementation of the adjustment of the overall encryption,greatly improve the recovery factor for the future similar old oil field development and provide technical support.
