摘要
随着对二甲苯(简称PX)市场需求量的逐年增大,本文针对GHA70A型对二甲苯罐车在加热卸车过程中存在蒸汽耗量大、加热时间长的现状,分别在山东、重庆、大连等各个对二甲苯仓储公司进行了现场试验。结合该罐车的结构形式,在现场使用了不同接管形式的加热方式,对每种加热方式下的蒸汽耗量、加热时间和加热效果进行了对比分析。最终提出合理的加热方式,以指导实际操作。
With the p-xylene(PX)market demand incresead,according to GHA70Ap-xylene tank in the process of steam heating condition of large quantity and long heating time,the paper has tested in the p-xylene warehousing company were conducted in Shandong,Chongqing and Dalian respectively. Combined with the structure form of the tanker,It adopted to different nozzle heating form in the field and analyzed to each heating steam consumption,heating time and heating effect.Finally it put forward the reasonable heating way in order to guide the practical operation.
