摘要
为了满足在海上采油平台有限的空间内进行钢丝作业,研制了一套体积小、携带和安装方便的钢丝作业防喷系统支架。该支架是由无缝钢管通过油壬连接而成,实现了在有限的空间内进行钢丝作业防喷系统的安装与拆卸,从而可完成整个钢丝作业。现场实际应用表明:该支架能够良好的保障钢丝作业的顺利进行,提高了作业效率,减少了单井作业费用。
In order to meet slickline operation in limited space on offshore oil platform,a bracket of slickline blowout system is invented which is small and easy to carry and make up.The bracket,made up by seamless steel pipe connecting by union,can make sure slickline operation by installing and disassembling slickline blowout system in a limited space.Application on offshore oil platform indicates that it can improve work efficiency,reduce well cost and also make sure slickline operation smoothly.
