当前民办高校虽然取得了较大的发展,但还是存在着办学理念传统、目标不明确、没有专业特色、师资力量薄弱、管理模式滞后、社会信任度低等一系列问题,在解决以上问题的过程中应该对民办高校的发展做一个准确的定位,逐步提高其在社会上的信任度,多发展一些特色的专业,将学生的专业和当前的市场形势紧密结合起来,建构民办高校和当前就业市场的沟通桥梁,从而实现民办高校的可持续发展。

The current private colleges has made great development,but there are still a series of problems of the traditional idea of running school,goals are not clear,no professional characteristics,teachers strength is weak,the management mode lag behind,low social trust,which should be a accurate positioning for the development of private universities in solving the above problems,and gradually raise their trust,develop some of the professional characteristics,will work closely with students and the current market situation,construct the bridge of private colleges and universities and the current job market,so as to realize the sustainable development of private universities.
