The implementation of modern distance and open education,depends on the reform of teaching model,we must highlight the "leading" role of teacher in the teaching and the students’ "main body" status,strengthen the teaching,make full use of multimedia teaching resources,guide students to study independently,ensure the quality of TVU open education.
