摘要
系统的微格教学是师范生实习支教前掌握课堂教学技能的有效方法,实习支教是普通高师院校功能的深化和拓展。适应和服务于民族地区基础教育需要,使微格教学的开发性成果丰富理论教学,形成微格教学的良性循环,提高师范生的从师素质和从师技能。
Microteaching system is an effective method for teaching master teaching skills of the normal students practice,practice is to deepen and expand the functions of the ordinary teachers colleges.To adapt to and in the service of the national area elementary education,make the development achievements of Microteaching rich theoretical teaching,forming a virtuous cycle of microteaching,improve the students professional quality and teaching skills.
