高校学科竞赛文化培育的探索——以杭州电子科技大学为例

党的十八大报告将文化建设的五位一体总体布局提到前所未有的高度,高校在推进文化强国建设方面有着特有的优势,要在文化强国建设中发挥应有的作用。在高校文化建设方面,高校学科竞赛文化以一种独特的竞赛文化,占据重要的一席之地。高校要培育学科竞赛文化,应结合自身特色,采取健全激励机制、建设专业指导教师队伍、建立强势工作格局和推进课程教学改革的"四项举措",搭建科技文化节、创新实验室、学术性科技社团、网络阵地的"四大平台",实施名师论坛、一院一赛、校际校企合作、竞赛传承的"四大工程"等方略。

The eighteen Party’s report will be the overall layout of the new culture construction mentioned hitherto unknown height,colleges and universities have a unique advantage in the aspects of promoting culture in China,should play its due role in the cultural power construction.In the cultural construction of colleges and universities,academic competition culture in a unique race culture,occupy a space for one person is important.Colleges and universities should cultivate discipline competition culture,should be combined with its own characteristics,to perfect the incentive mechanism,the construction of professional teaching staff,build strong working pattern and promote the teaching reform of the course of "four initiatives",build science and technology culture festival,innovation lab,academic science and Technology Agency Group,network position "four platform",the implementation of the teacher forum,a match,intercollegiate cooperation first,competition heritage of the "four big projects" strategy.
