职业指导师素养现状及其提升策略研究

The status and promotion strategy of occupation guidance teachers' literacy

当前,高等教育越来越大众化,而其职业选择也越来越多元化,在此情形下,高校毕业生的职业指导也成为人们关注的焦点。职业指导师对学生进行的就业工作指导,直接影响着学生的就业成功与否,关系到其能否顺利实现从学校到工作的顺利过渡。然而,高校职业指导人员的素养培训,至今尚未引起人们足够重视。本文从职业指导师的职业素养现状与提升策略角度,试图通过详细分析新形势下的职业指导师的素质现状,有针对性地提出解决策略,以期望其为职业指导师素养的提升提供借鉴。

At present,the higher education is more and more popular,and the occupation choice has become increasingly diversified,in this case,occupation guidance of college graduates has become the focus of attention.The employment guidance work directly affects the student’s employment success or not,related to the smooth realization of the transition from school to work.However,personnel occupation directing the literacy training,has not yet attracted enough attention.This paper from the status and promotion strategy of occupation guidance teachers’ literacy,tries to make a detailed analysis of the new situation of the quality of teacher occupation,to put forward the solving strategy,in order to offer reference for the promotion of occupation guidance teachers’ literacy.
