With the development of China’s education,put forward new demands for reform to the law teaching methods,the traditional "indoctrination" teaching methods are being seriously challenged,case studies occupy an increasingly important position in China’s legal teaching,the application of case analysis in law teaching,to provide students with a platform of independent analysis and solve problems,to enable students to become the dominant of the classroom.This article explains the lack of the traditional legal teaching methods,and analyzes case studies in law teaching advantages,application method and application significance.
