With the extensive development of computer application,the application of multimedia in the teaching are increasingly widespread,especially in the Chinese teaching,the new curriculum standard put forward a new round of curriculum reform should focus on the formation and development of the students’ Chinese accomplishment.In order to realize the development of students’ comprehensive quality,the role of multimedia is indispensable.The paper will elaborate the role,disadvantage of multimedia and how to make rational use of multimedia in language teaching.
