Study on problems and solutions to the career planning for college students

目前全国高校大学毕业生就业形势日益严峻,对大学生进行系统的职业生涯规划尤显意义重大。笔者从实际出发,在分析当前大学生职业生涯规划现实意义的基础上,对当前大学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题进行系统的思考,并提出具有可操作性的对策建议。

National colleges and universities graduates employment situation is increasingly serious,the system of college students’ career planning is all the more significant.From the practical view of point,based on the analysis of the current college students’ career planning,on the basis of practical significance to the current problems existing in the college students’ career planning of systematic thinking,the paperputs forward some operable countermeasures and suggestions.
