我国大学扩招后,大学生就业难的问题已经是一个不争的现实问题。这与我国高校所开展的就业指导课程体系缺乏实用性和前瞻性存在较大的关系。本文在分析目前就业指导课程体系存在的主要问题的基础上,提出以提高就业质量为导向的就业指导课程体系构建思路与措施。

After China university enrollment expanding,the problem of employment is an indisputable reality.The lack of the development and China’s university employment guidance curriculum system exists between practical and forward-looking.Based on the analysis of the main problems of the current employment guidance curriculum system,to put forward some ideas and measures for constructing the system of employment guidance course of improving the quality of employment oriented.
