The curriculum reform reflects the reform era of a society demand.In our contemporary society,quality education is becoming more and more important.With the continuous development of modern physical education and health requirements of society to human body,brook no delay further the reform of the physical education curriculum.This paper mainly takes the higher occupation technical college as the main point of view,to explore how to reform the sports curriculum better.
