提升高校二级学院办公室管理效能新思考

New thinking of promoting efficiency of office management in secondary college

随着我国高校教育规模的不断扩大,高校的校-院二级管理体制开始逐步确立,而作为高校管理的基本单元的二级学院办公室的管理地位也日益凸显出来并不断影响整个学校的管理水平及社会声誉。本文旨在通过管理理念、工作效率及质量、管理制度、激励体制、人员队伍、服务意识、管理自动化及信息化等方面着力探讨新形势下的高校二级学院办公室管理效能,以期实现高水平、科学化的高校管理范式。

With the development of higher education scale in China, management system of two level colleges starts gradually to be established, status as the basic unit of the management is also increasingly prominent and continue to affect the whole management level of the school and social reputation. This paper aims to through management idea, working efficiency and quality, management system, incentive system, personnel, service consciousness, management automation and information technology, to explore the efficiency of office management of two level college under new situation, to achieve a high level, scientific college management paradigm.
