新移民文化背景下深圳特区高职院校创业精神内核的塑造

Shaping of the core of entrepreneurship in vocational college of Shenzhen district under new immigrant culture background

由于新移民文化的创造性、先锋性、商品性等因素,形成了深圳特区鼓励创业、包容失败的社会文化氛围。文章从文化的角度对深圳特区高职院校创业教育进行研究,提出其创业教育行为需要提倡集体创新、强调个性独立、注重产研结合等创业精神特征,希望以此指导特区高职院校的创业教育实践活动。

Because of the creativity, pioneering, commodities and other factors of new immigrant culture, the formation of the Shenzhen SAR to encourage entrepreneurship, tolerance failure of social culture. The paper studies the entrepreneurship in vocational college of Shenzhen district from the perspective of culture, proposes that the entrepreneurship education behavior need to promote collective innovation, emphasizing the personality independence, pay attention to the combination of production and research, to guide the special activities of entrepreneurship education practice in higher vocational colleges.
