随着当前经济全球化的发展以及全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,关于英语商务合同的研究在国际经济贸易活动中变的越来越重要。英语商务合同作为一种特殊的应用文体,有其自身的语言特征和功能。因此,对英语商务合同词汇进行准确理解并翻译是减少或避免涉外经济纠纷的关键。鉴于此,笔者拟对英语商务合同的词汇特征及其翻译进行分析。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, English business contract translation has become more and more important in international economy and trades. As a special practical style, English business contract has its own linguistic features and functions. Therefore, translating the English business contract exactly is the key to avoid those disputes arising from foreign trades. In view of this, the author tries to analyze lexical features of English business contract and then explore how to translate them properly.
