浅析新时期如何加强高校党务工作

How to strengthen the Party work in universities in the new period

由于学生的流动性大,高校党务工作的周期短,工作难度大。特别是新时期我国高校学生数量急剧增加,也对高校党务工作提出了更高的要求。目前许多高校党务工作并没有有效地抓住大学生思想教育以及学生党员培养管理的这一工作重心,同时在方式方法上也存在着不少偏差,直接影响了工作成效。本文结合笔者长期工作实际,分析了当前高校党务工作中存在的问题,并据此提出了新时期加强高校党务工作的对策。

Especially the number of students increase dramatically in the new period, also put forward higher requirements for college Party work. At present a lot of Party work in universities can not effectively grasp the ideological education of college students and the student Party members training management, there are also many deviations in the ways and means, directly affects the effectiveness of the work. In this paper, combined with the long-term working practice, analyzes the existing problems in the Party work in universities, and put forward the countermeasures of universities Party work in new period.
