对高校辅导员队伍职业化建设的思考

高校辅导员是高校从事德育工作和思想政治教育的主要承担者。由于目前部分高校辅导员队伍不太稳定,导致高校德育工作和思想政治教育不能更好地贯彻,也不能很好的适应新形势下高校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的迫切需要。本文在分析辅导员队伍的现状及成因的基础上,从多角度探索高校辅导员职业化规范化的有效途径。
