大学生就业难已是不争的事实,原来就业形势很好的美术类专业现在也日趋落寞,之所以会这样跟多方面的因素有关,有高校招生动机问题,也有学生自身素养问题和高校教学体制、模式等方面的原因。因此减少招生人数,提高入学门槛;不断深化教育体制改革,根据市场随时调整人才培养方案;提供合理的就业服务平台,尽量减少应聘工作所需的无谓开支是解决毕业生就业困境的有效路径。

It is an indisputable fact that Chinese college graduates are now facing gloomy employment prospects.Even the employment situation for fine arts major students that used to have rosy employment prospects now turns increasingly bleak.There are a number of contributing factors for the current plight of employment difficulties for students specializing in fine arts,including motivational problems in college admission,students’own low academic attainment,as well as insufficiencies in the entire university education system and instructional mode.Therefore,in order to solve the employment difficulty facing fine arts majors,measures should be taken to 1) scale down the enrollment number and set high the enrollment threshold;2) deepen educational reform and adjust talent training programs to market needs;3) provide reasonable employment service platforms and minimize unnecessary expenditure required of college graduates,and so forth.
