摘要
目的探讨宁夏农村居民血浆游离脂肪酸与血脂代谢异常的关系。方法在宁夏回、汉人群的现况调查中,选取血脂异常患者384人为病例组、糖脂代谢正常人群768人为对照组进行病例对照研究。采用气相色谱法检测血浆游离脂肪酸谱、AU400全自动生化分析仪测定血脂各项指标。结果病例组的血浆硬脂酸、γ-亚麻酸和α-亚麻酸高于对照组(P<0.05),而亚油酸和花生四烯酸则低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆中硬脂酸与TC、TG、LDL呈正相关关系、与HDL呈负相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中n-6系PUFA、亚油酸与TC、LDL、HDL均呈正相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中γ-亚麻酸与HDL呈负相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中花生四烯酸与HDL呈正相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中α-亚麻酸与TC、TG呈正相关关系、与HDL呈负相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中EPA与HDL呈正相关关系(P<0.01);血浆中n-3与n-6比值与TC、LDL呈负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论宁夏农村居民血脂代谢异常者血浆游离脂肪酸谱与健康对照组有显著差别:血脂代谢异常组硬脂酸、γ-亚麻酸和α-亚麻酸高于健康对照组;亚油酸和花生四烯酸低于健康对照组。
Objective To explore the relationship between plasma free fatty acid and dyslipidemia among adults in rural original areas of Ningxia.Methods 384 dyslipidemia cases and 768 healthy controls were selected in a cross sectional survey.Partial correlation Logistic regression statistical methods was used to analyze the relationship between plasma free fatty acid and lipid metabolism abnormality.Results Plasma stearic acids were positively siginificantly associated with total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein and negatively associated with high density lipoprotein protein(P<0.05).Plasma n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids were siginificantly positively related with total cholesterol,triglycerides and low density lipoprotein(P<0.05).γ-linolenic acid in showed a siginificantly positive correlation with plasma TC,TG,LDL while a negative correlation with HDL(P<0.05).Plasma peanut arachidonic acid was a positive correlation with TC,HDL(P<0.05).Plasma n-3 series multi-unsaturated fatty acids showed significantly positive relations with TC,LDL(P<0.05).plasmaα-linolenic acid showed significantly positive relations with TC,TG,HDL(P<0.05).Plasma EPA and DHA showed significantly positive relations with TC,LDL(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significantly different between cases and controls in the components of plasma fatty acid profile in rural areas of Ningxia.The contents of Stearic acid,γ-linolenic acid and α-linolenic in case group were significantly higher than those in control group and the contents of linoleic acid and arachidonic acid in control group were significantly higher than those in case group.
