宁夏海原县农村居民门诊卫生服务需求与利用及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Demand and Utilization of the Outpatient Service and Major Influential Factors in Rural Residents of Haiyuan County in Ningxia

目的了解宁夏海原县农村居民门诊卫生服务需求与利用及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样,对2508户农村居民进行入户问询调查,描述该县农村居民门诊卫生服务需求与利用的现状;二分类Logistic回归模型探讨门诊卫生服务需求和利用的影响因素。结果该县农村居民两周患病率为16.4%;两周就诊率为10.16%;两周患病就诊率为46.2%。影响两周患病率的主要因素为性别、民族、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度;影响两周患病就诊率的因素为收入。结论宁夏海原县农村居民两周患病就诊率高于全国,收入是两周患病就诊率的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the demand and utilization of outpatient health services for rural residents in Haiyuan County and its influencing factors.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling,the county’s rural residents outpatient health services were described.The influencing factors of outpatient health service needs and utilization were analyzed by Binary Logistic regression model.Results Two - week prevalence of the county’s rural residents was 16.4%;two - week visiting rate was 10.16%;two - week visiting rate in patients was 46.2%.The main factors affecting the two -week prevalence were gender,ethnicity,age group, marital status,education level.Conclusion The two - week visiting rate in patients of Haiyuan county was high than the national one.Income was the main influencing factor of visiting rate in patients.
