HPV16与宫颈病变的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒16(HPV16)感染与宫颈病变及癌前病变的相关性。方法 206例疑似宫颈病变的患者以病理结果分组,检测HPV16基因,统计分析HPV16与宫颈病变程度的关系。结果正常组35例、ASCUS组33例、CINⅠ组38例、CINⅡ组27例、CINⅢ组22例、鳞癌组39例和腺癌组12例;HPV16阳性检出率依次为:5.71%(2例)、9.09%(3例)、28.95%(11例)、29.63%(8例)、36.36%(8例)、64.10%(25例)、8.33%(1例)。鳞癌组HPV16阳性率高于正常组、ASCVS组、CINI组和腺癌组。HPV16感染与宫颈病变具有正相关性(r=0.339,P=0.001)。结论 HPV16与宫颈病变的发展程度呈正相关。
