维生素D受体基因多态性与脂代谢异常的相关研究 被引量:2

The Relationship between Vitamin D Receptor Gene of Rural Adult and the Lipid Metabolism

摘要 目的探讨宁夏农村成年人维生素D受体基因(VDR)多态性与脂代谢异常的关系。方法采用病例对照的方法研究脂代谢异常与VDR基因rs3782905、rs1544410、rs2228570多态性的相关关系。结果病例组和对照组rs1544410、rs3782905的基因型和等位基因的分布频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组和对照组VDR基因rs2228570位点GG、GA和AA基因型的分布频率相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),等位基因G和A分布频率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:VDR基因rs2228570A、超重(BMI≥24.0)是脂代谢异常的独立危险因素。结论 VDR基因rs2228570位点A等位基因的携带者是脂代谢异常疾病的重点防治人群,控制体重(BMI<24.0)可预防脂代谢异常疾病。 Objective To explore the relationships between vitamin D receptor gene of Ningxia rural adults and the lipid metabolism. Methods A case-control study was employed. There were 344 patients with lipid metabolism and 344 controls in our study. Results Results showed that the distribution frequency of VDR gene rs3782905 genotype GG,GA and AA bewteen the case group and the control group was different. The distribution frequency of VDR rs2228570 allele G in the patients group was lower than that in the control group( P &lt;0. 05),and the distribution frequency of VDR rs2228570 allele A in the patients group was higher than that in the control group( P &lt; 0. 05). Conclusion Carriers with VDR gene rs2228570 alleles are focus population for prevention and control of lipid metabolism disorder. Weight control( BMI &lt; 24. 0) can prevent lipid metabolism disorder.
