平板步行训练对脑卒中伴糖耐量异常患者的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价平板步行训练对脑卒中伴糖耐量异常患者血糖、空腹胰岛素及运动功能的影响。方法选择脑卒中伴糖耐量异常患者98例,随机分为训练组50例,对照组48例,均进行糖尿病饮食控制及其它常规治疗,未服降糖药;训练组同时进行每周5次、每次30~40min的平板步行训练,6周后分别进行空腹血糖,OGTT2h血糖、空腹胰岛素和肢体功能及日常生活能力评定。结果治疗后患者空腹血糖、OGTT2h血糖、空腹胰岛素均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。Fugl-Meyer运动功能、Barthe指数评分均有很大改善(P<0.05)。治疗后患者OGTT2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、Fugl-Meyer运动功能、Barthe指数评分均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论平板步行训练(有氧训练)可以有效降低脑卒中伴糖耐量异常患者的血糖,改善患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力。
