摘要
高等教育大众化进程的加快和知识经济对于高素质人才的强烈需求客观上引发了高校管理的变革,本文拟引入企业知识团队管理的管理理论和方法,来对高校知识团队的管理进行分析,并据此提了些管理对策。
The reform of the universities' management is caused objectively by the acceleration of the popular improvement and knowledge economy's strong requirement for high-quality talent.This paper uses the management theory and method of the business knowledge team to analyze the management of universities knowledge team and then puts forward the management countermeasures.
