摘要
目的研究空腹血糖、血脂与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法测定258例门诊体检人群空腹血糖(FPG),空腹胰岛素(FINS),甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(TC),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),分别以空腹血糖及性别分组,比较上述各指标变化;计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),胰岛素分泌指数(EISI),用Pearson相关分析,分析胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)与体质量指数(BMI)、FINS、EISI、TG、TC、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、的关系。结果 (1)不同空腹血糖组间FINS、EISI、HOMA-IR、TG、TC、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);(2)男性组TG、TC、TG/HDL-C高于女性组(P<0.05);(3)Pearson相关分析,HOMA-IR与BMI、FPG、FINS、TG、TC、TG/HDL-C成正相关,与HDL-C成负相关。结论胰岛素抵抗与空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship among fasting blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin resistance. Methods Fasting blood glucose( FPG),fasting insulin( FINS),triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( CHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C) were detected in 258 outpatients. Each index were compared to blood sugar packet and gender. Results( 1) Difference of fasting plasma glucose groups FINS,EISI,HOMA- IR,TG,TC,HDL- C,TG / HDL- C in different blood sugar group was significant( P <0. 05);( 2) TG,HDL- C,TG/HDL- C in males were significantly higher than those in females;( 3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that HOMA- IR was positively correlated with BMI,FINS,TG,TC,TG /HDL- C,FPG component while it was negatively correlated with HDL- C. Conclusion Insulin resistance( HOMA- IR) was positively correlated with fasting plasma glucose( FPG),triglyceride( TG) and total cholesterol( CHO),and it was negatively correlated with high- density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C).
