超声引导下微波消融治疗肝转移癌的临床研究

Clinical studies of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation of liver metastatases

目的探讨超声引导下微波消融治疗肝转移癌的临床效果。方法选取2010年5月-2012年5月我院收治的肝转移癌患者50例,进行超声引导下微波消融治疗,统计分析患者的各项指标。结果113个结节的完全消融率为91.2%(103/113),局部复发率为7.8%(8/103),未出现较为严重的并发症,患者1年和2年的累计生存率分别为82.0%和66.0%。结论超声引导下微波消融治疗肝转移癌安全有效,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analysis of effecfs ultrasound-guided microwave ablation(MWA) of liver metastases.Methods 50 cases of liver metastases were from our hospital inpatients(befween May 2010 and May 2012),clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation therapy was analyed.Results Completed ablation was achieved in 103(91.2%) of 113 nodules.Local recurrence was observed in 8(7.8%) of the 103 nodules treated successfully.No major complications occurred.The 1 and 2 year overall survival rates after the first ablationwere 82.0% and 66.0%.Conclusion MWA is a safe and effective method for patients with liver metastases.
