含银锑高铅低锡物料真空炉处理工艺研究

摘要 通过采用新型真空炉处理高铅低锡物料,研究了含银锑高铅低锡物料中锑的分离试验以及银的走向试验。研究结果表明:含银锑高铅低锡物料经一次真空蒸馏处理后,产出粗锡品位在富集提升至90%以上时,原料中的Sb很难在真空蒸馏中随Pb分离脱出,Ag在真空蒸馏过程中不随产出物分散。蒸馏产出的粗铅中含Sn量降至0.2%~0.050 2%时,该粗铅产品均达到国标3号精铅标准,Sn的回收率达99.763%,Pb的回收率达99.913%,渣率仅为0.56%。 By means of treating high-lead low-tin materials by newly vacuum furnace,the Sb separated and Ag trend experiments for high-lead low-tin containing Ag and Sb materials have been investigated.The researching results show that,after the high-lead lowtin containing Ag and Sb materials are treated only one time by vacuum distillation,the grade of crude Sn yielded can be enriched to above 90%,but Sb can’t be separated with Pb from raw materials,Ag is only enriched in slag.When Sn content in crude Pb by distillation yielded is decreased to 0.2~ 0.050 2%,this crude Pb product can attain national standard of No.3 concentrate Pb,Sn recovery ratio is 99.763%,Pb recovery ratio is 99.913%,and the slag is 0.56% only by newly vacuum furnace.
