摘要
结合用户需求,进行掩体防护用钢研制开发。采用轧后在线直接淬火+低温回火工艺进行生产可使钢板的屈服强度大于1 100 MPa、抗拉强度大于1 300 MPa,同时具有一定的塑性和韧性,能够满足用户使用要求。该钢种的成功开发,填补了国内掩体防护钢板空白。
Unite user requirement, developed blindage protection steel. The yield strength of steel plate is over 1 100 MPa, tensile strength is over 1 300 MPa by directly quenching and low temperature tempering after rolling, and it has a good plasticity and toughness. The performance of steel plate can meet customer′s requirements. Development of this steel grade fills up gaps of domestic blindage protection steel.
