关于治安学学科建设的思考

Thoughts on the Discipline Construction of the Science of Public Order

公安学增设为一级学科,使治安学学科建设变为现实。由于二十多年治安学学科的归属问题,导致治安学学科定位不准,学科建设异化,学科方向不明,体系混乱,术语不精,学科研究散、浅、偏,专业设置无创新等问题的出现。在公安学框架下,加快治安学学科建设,通过提高思想认识、提炼研究成果、凝聚研究力量、营造学术氛围、构筑研究平台,来解决治安学学科建设的重要地位、研究方向、力量分散、学术生态、学术交锋等问题。同时,正确处理治安学学科建设中的诸多关系,包括学科建设与人才培养、教学与科研、专业课程设置与专项业务课程设置、治安学学科教育与治安职业教育、理论教学与实践教学的关系。

Science of public security is added to the first-degree subjects,which makes the discipline construction of science of public order become reality.The unclear attribution of the science of public order leads to its incorrect positioning,dissimilation of discipline construction,unclear direction,disordered system,imprecise terminology,scattered,shallow and partial study on it,and lack of innovation in major setup.In the framework of police science,we should fasten the discipline construction of science of public order,improve our understanding,compact achievements in research,condense research power,create academic atmosphere,and build research platform so as to clarify its important position,research direction,power distribution,academic ecology and academic confrontation.And meanwhile we should deal correctly with various relationships in the discipline construction of science of public order.
