摘要
人才派遣作为一种新型的用人模式,对于满足不同类型用人单位的特殊需求发挥了积极的作用,因而得到他们的青睐,但在实践过程中也不可避免地遇到一些问题。本文主要从我国人才派遣模式的优势、人才派遣人员的现状等方面进行阐述,提出人才派遣人员管理的对策。
