我国海洋产业发展现状及对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Marine Industry in China

海洋产业是海洋经济活动的基本载体和具体表现形式。自新中国成立至今,海洋产业经过60余年的长足发展,已取得举世瞩目的成就。按照《全国海洋经济发展"十二五"规划》对海洋产业体系的分类,文章对海洋传统产业、海洋新兴产业、海洋服务业三类海洋产业的发展现状及特点进行了描述与归纳,指出了当前海洋产业发展亟需解决的关键问题,提出今后一段时期,推动我国海洋产业健康、可持续发展的对策建议。

Marine industry is the basic carrier and specific form of expression of marine economic activity. After more than 60 years of rapid development, marine industry has made remarkable achievements. In accordance with the classification of the "Twelfth Five-year" plan on the national marine economy development, this article describes and summarizes present situation and characteristics on three kinds of marine industries including marine traditional industries, marine emerging industries and marine services, points out key problems which need to be solved for the development of current marine industries and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of marine industry in China.
