Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Construction Sector Have Entered into the Rapid Stage in 2013

建筑业是我国最具节能减排潜力的行业,我国政府高度重视建筑领域的节能减排工作,在2006年制定的《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020)》中将"建筑节能与绿色建筑"列为城镇化优先主题。本文论述了自《纲要》实施以来,建筑领域工作进展、技术突破、存在问题以及进一步发展的建议。

The construction sector is one of the most potential energy-saving emission reduction industry, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction field of energy-saving emission reduction work, National Medium and Longterm Science and Technology Development Plan(2006- 2020)' formulated in 2006, was listed as the initiative theme for urbanization. This paper discusses from the Outline since the implementation, construction work progress in the field of technological breakthroughs, existing problems and the further development suggestions have been provided.
