摘要
用三次多项式对数控机床几何误差进行拟合,建立了与数控机床几何误差模型相适应的测量方案,减少了所需辨识参数的数目,提高了测量效率;利用Matlab软件求解dX的表达式中系数矩阵的条件数,验证了测量点选取的合理性;以一台五轴数控加工中心(TTTRR)为例,对一工件进行误差测量,对其误差参数进行辨识,验证了本文的误差参数辨识方法的可行性及测量方案的合理性.
Using a cubic polynomial,the Geometric errors of CNC machine was fitted,a measurement program is established by adapting with the CNC machine tool geometric error model,which has been reduced the identification number of parameters,improved the measurement efficiency;Using MATLAB software to solve the condition number of the coefficient matrix to dX expression,the reasonableness of selecting measurement point was verified.At the end of the article,takes a five-axis CNC machining centers(TTTRR) as an example,the feasibility of the error parameter identification method and the reasonablenes of the measurement program is validated by an experiment.
