摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸盐与卤化苄为原料,在PEG-400作溶剂和相转移催化剂的介质中合成了对羟基苯甲酸苄酯.探讨了反应时间、反应温度、对羟基苯甲酸钾与氯化苄的物质的量比、PEG-400的用量对产物产率的影响.结果表明,该方法具有操作简便、收率高、环境友好等特点,符合绿色化学的要求.
The benzyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized by the atomic-efficient reaction of p-hydroxybenzoate and benzyl halide in the presence of polyethylene glycol-400 as both solvent and phase transfer catalyst.The effects of reaction time,temperature,ratio of potassium p-hydroxybenzoate and benzyl chloride and PEG-400 have been investigated.The results showed that the method has the advantage of convenient,excellent yields and simple working-up procedure,it may meet green chemistry.
